Yogurt Beet Appetizer

Ingredients for Yogurt Beet Appetizer Recipe

(This appetizer can also be a perfect healthy dip for almost anything)

3 small sized beets

4 tablespoons of condensed yogurt

½ bundle of dill (chopped)

2 Cloves of garlic

One teaspoon of salt

4 tablespoons olive oil

For topping:

One dessert spoon of butter

One pinch of chili pepper

One tablespoon walnuts (roughly chopped)

One branch dill

The thicker the consistency of your yogurt, the less risk of watering down. With condensed yoghurt, is minimized.

How to Make Beetroot Appetizer with Yoghurt Recipe?

Peel the beetroot and put it in the pot. Add enough water to cover and boil for about 15 minutes until soft.

Put the strained yogurt, salt and garlic in a deep bowl.

Grate the beets and add them to the yogurt.

Add the chopped dill and olive oil. Mix it well.

Roast the walnuts in a sauce pan. Add the butter and spices, fry for a few more minutes and pour over the beetroot appetizer. Serve garnished with dill. Enjoy your meal!
