  Keto pulled pork sandwich Ingredients 1 tbsp cocoa nibs or cocoa powder ½ tbsp ground black pepper ½ tbsp paprika powder ½ tbsp ground ginger ½ tsp anise seeds or fennel seeds ½ tsp cayenne pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 550 g pork shoulder 1 tsp salt Oopsie bread 4 eggs 1 pinch salt 140 g (150 ml) cream cheese 1 tsp baking powder ½ tbsp ground psyllium husk powder Grated slaw 325 g turnip 120 ml  mayonnaise 80 ml (5.5 g) finely chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp cider vinegar salt and pepper Instructions Grind the spices and cacao nibs in a food processor or a coffee grinder.   Miss River's Louisiana Crawfish Rolls Ingredients 1/2 cup mayonnaise  2 tsp. prepared horseradish  2 tsp. Creole mustard  1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest plus 4 tsp. fresh juice (from 1 lemon) 1/2 tsp. kosher salt 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning 1/4 tsp. hot sauce (such as Tabasco) 16 oz. peeled cooked crawfish tails 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter 4 top-split hot dog buns  4 tsp. minced fresh chives Directions Stir together mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, lemon zest and juice, salt, Cajun seasoning, and hot sauce in a medium bowl until smooth. Add crawfish tails, and stir to coat. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium. Add buns, and toast until golden on both sides, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Evenly fill toasted buns with crawfish mixture. Top evenly with fresh chives.

  BBQ Chicken Sliders Ingredients 1 medium onion 2 cups chicken stock 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon liquid smoke 2 ½ teaspoons brown sugar 1 cup barbecue sauce 20 slider buns coleslaw optional as topping Instructions Coarsely chop onion and place into a mini chopper or food processor. Blend until until finely minced. Set aside. To the Instant Pot, add chicken stock and all the chicken breasts and thighs. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and onion powder, drizzle with Worcestershire and liquid smoke. Add the finely minced onion on top of everything.   Monster burgers Ingredients (10) 4 slices tasty cheddar 1 tbsp olive oil 600g pkt Coles Finest Australian Angus Beef Burgers 4 Coles Finest Charcoal Brioche Burger Buns, split, toasted 4 iceberg lettuce leaves 1 tomato, thinly sliced Tomato sauce, to serve 4 cherry tomatoes, halved 8 black olives Shoestring fries, to serve Method Step 1 Place the cheddar slices on a clean work surface. Use a small sharp knife to cut triangles from one edge of each cheddar slice to make fangs. Step 2 Heat the oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef patties and cook for 3 mins or until brown underneath. Turn the beef patties. Cook for a further 3 mins or until patties are cooked through. Top the beef patties with cheddar. Topping ideas include creamy coleslaw or red cabbage,  tartar sauce ,  salmon sauce , lettuce, or thinly sliced tomato.   Southern Tomato Sandwich Ingredients 2 (1/2-inch-thick) slices beefsteak tomato 1/4 tsp. kosher salt or 1/8 tsp. table salt 1/4 tsp. freshly, coarsely ground black pepper 2 slices white sandwich bread 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise Directions Prepare tomato slices: Arrange tomato slices on a paper towel; sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Let stand until tops of slices are beaded up with juices, 3 to 5 minutes. Make sandwiches: Spread one side of each bread slice with 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Arrange tomato slices on mayo side of one bread slice; top with other bread slice, mayo slice down. Enjoy immediately.

  Japanese vegetarian hotpot 4 x 18g sachets instant miso and wakame soup mix (we used Hikari brand) 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks 100g green beans, trimmed, halved 100g shiitake mushrooms, quartered 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, cut into thin matchsticks 1/2 x 227g can sliced bamboo shoots, drained, rinsed 1 bunch English spinach, chopped 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup beansprouts, trimmed Step 1 Combine soup mix, soy sauce and 3 cups cold water in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add carrot, beans, mushroom and ginger. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Step 2 Add bamboo shoots and spinach. Cook for 1 minute or until spinach has just wilted. Pour egg over mixture. Cook for 2 minutes or until egg has just set. Top with beansprouts. Serve with rice.

  Turkish Doner Kebab Ingredients 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 ¼ pounds ground lamb Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine flour, oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add ground lamb and knead until thoroughly mixed together, about 3 minutes. Shape seasoned lamb mixture and place into a loaf pan; set on top of a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven, turning halfway to ensure even browning, for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Wrap loaf in aluminum foil and let rest for about 10 minutes. Slice as thinly as possible to make doner kebab pieces.

Pour boiling water over flour, and stir using a chopstick until combined. (Mixture will still be quite crumbly and shaggy.)
