Beef Stroganoff

materials
200 g beef
tenderloin
20 g Butter
1 onion
1 large
clove of garlic
5-6
mushrooms
100 ml broth
3 pickled
gherkins
75 g Sour
Cream
1/2 bunch of
parsley
Salt & pepper
How is it
done?
1 In a large
skillet, sauté the julienne-cut tenderloin with butter over high heat and set
aside.
2 Saute the
chopped onions, garlic and mushrooms in the same pan, respectively.
3 Add flour
to the sautéed vegetables and cook a little.
4 Add the
broth and reduce it by half to make it thicker. Then add the sautéed meats,
chopped pickles and cream that you have set aside and cook by stirring for 1-2
more minutes.
5 Finally,
flavor it with chopped parsley, salt and pepper and serve hot.
