Vegan Burger
Ingredients

Cauliflower:
One cauliflower
One pinch of
salt
One pinch of
black pepper
One pinch of
ground red pepper
One pinch of
cumin
One large
onion
2 tablespoons
olive oil
One tablespoon
of vegan mayonnaise
One dessert

For Celery:
½ celery
One pinch of
salt
One pinch of
black pepper
One tablespoon
of olive oil
One dessert
spoon of breadcrumbs
For Vegan
Coleslaw:
One small
bowl of White cabbage
One carrot
½ green
apple
One tablespoon
of vegan mayonnaise
One dessert
spoon of mustard
One pinch of
salt
One pinch of
black pepper
For Burgers:
One burger
bun (vegan)
One dessert
spoon of vegan mayonnaise
One dessert
spoon of barbeque sauce (vegan)
2 leaves of lettuce
2 slices of tomatoes
2 slices Red
onion
2 pieces of pickled
gherkins
How to Make
Vegan Burger Recipe
Mix only
small white parts of cauliflower with spices and oil in a bowl. Cut the celery
into sticks and mix it with the spices and oil in a separate bowl. Cook the
vegetables you prepared in the hot air fryer for about 15-20 minutes.
While the
cooked cauliflower is hot, dip it in vegan mayonnaise and hot sauce and keep it
warm on the side.
Sprinkle the
celery with breadcrumbs and cook for another 2 minutes.
For the
coleslaw, finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrot and chop the apples into
matchsticks and mix in a bowl with the vegan mayonnaise, mustard and
seasonings.
Fry the
burger buns. Spread a mixture of vegan mayonnaise and barbecue sauce on the
base.
Complete the
vegan burger by placing the chopped lettuce, tomato onion and sliced pickles,
respectively, the cauliflower with sheep sauce. Serve the celery and salad
alongside the burger. Enjoy your meal.
