Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms with Mixed Vegetables

20 big mushrooms

4 tablespoonsof olive oil

One onion

3Cloves of garlic

One tomato

One bell green pepper

One bell yellow pepper

One aubergine

¼ bundle of parsley

½ lemon juice

Do not wash the mushrooms so that they do not get watery, just wipe them with a damp cloth.

Cut off the stems of the mushrooms and set aside. Clean the insides. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, with the empty parts on top. Grease them with olive oil.

Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
