Mediterranean Orange Celery
1 kg of celery
2 potatoes
1 carrot
1 cup of peas
1 onion
Olive oil
1 orange
1 lemon
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
Salt
First, peel the celery, cut off the stems and cut them in
half.
To prevent the celery from browning, soak it in lemon water.
Meanwhile, boil the peas. Chop onions, potatoes and carrots
into cubes.
Add olive oil to a pan and fry the onions.
When the onions start to turn pink, add the potatoes and
carrots.
Play the middle part of the celery with the help of a
carving and throw these parts into the mortar.
Fill the celery with potato mortar and place the celery you
prepared in another pot.
Add 2 tea glasses of hot water, the juice of 1 orange and
the juice of 1 lemon.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, pepper and salt and cook until the
celery is soft.
