'Mr Whippy' cheesecake cones
750g cream cheese, at room temperature, chopped
150g (1 cup) icing sugar, sifted
2 tsp vanilla extract
300mls thickened cream
12 vanilla ice-cream cones
6 (30g each) Cadbury Flake Bars, halved crossways
Step 1
Use electric beaters to beat the cream cheese until
smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla and beat until combined.
Gradually beat in the cream until mixture has thickened. Place in the
fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Place the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag fitted with a
large star nozzle. Pipe the cheesecake mixture into the cones to
fill, then continue piping to achieve a large swirl on top.
Step 3
Insert the flakes into the cheesecake to serve.
