Moscow Mule

Ingredients

4 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish

2 oz. fresh lime juice

Ice3 oz. 

vodka12 oz. 

ginger beer

Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 Divide mint leaves between copper mugs. Add lime juice and muddle mint until leaves start to bruise and slightly break down. 

Step 2 Fill mugs with ice and add vodka. Top off with ginger beer and gently stir to combine. Garnish with more mint and a lime wedge.
