Smoothie Bowl with Berries
INGREDIENTS
Berries 450 g, frozen, mixed
Blackberries 150 g
Apple juice 800 ml
Chia Seeds 160 g
Acai 120 g
Hemp Seeds 160 g
Kiwi 4, peeled and sliced
Nuts 80 g, macadamia
Cocoa 160 g, nibs
Bananas 1 large, sliced
Preparation
Step01
To serve
Pour the smoothie into shallow bowls.
Top with rows of chia seeds, acai berries, hemp
seeds, kiwi fruit slices, macadamia nuts, and cacao nibs.
Serve with sliced banana on the side.
Step02
For the smoothie
Combine the frozen mixed berries, blackberries, and apple
juice in a food processor or blender.
Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
