Ingredients
10 scallops
A few drops of truffle oil
Fleur de sel
Pepper
Preparation
Opening the scallops
Buy whole scallops, open them.
Prepare the scallops
Cut the nuts into thin slices thick and arrange them on each
plate
Plate the scallop carpaccio
Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice onto the plate, then
sprinkle lightly with fleur de sel.
Garnish with a drizzle of truffle oil. When ready to serve, turn the pepper
mill with a twist.
