Sake Negroni

Ingredients

3/4 ounce Campari

3/4 ounce junmai sake

3/4 ounce dry vermouth

Orange twist, for garnish

Directions

Combine Campari, sake, and dry vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir smoothly for 15–20 second until well chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with orange twist.
