Ingredients

2 ounces cucumber vodka

1 ounce junmai sake

1 cucumber ribbon, for garnish

Directions

Combine cucumber vodka and sake in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until chilled, about 10 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Skewer a cucumber ribbon on a cocktail pick for garnish.
