Ingredients
for Arugula Salad Recipe
One bundle
of arugula (washed, soaked in vinegar water)
6 cherry
tomatoes
One tablespoon
pinenuts
5-6 thin
slice Parmesan cheese (omit or replace if vegan)
For the
sauce:
One tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoon
of olive oil
½ teaspoon
of salt-pepper
One teaspoon
sumac
½ teaspoon coriander
How to Make
Arugula Salad Recipe?
Cut the
arugula into several pieces with your hands and put them in a bowl. At this
point, not using a knife will be more useful for freshness of your salad.
Add the cut
tomatoes to the salad.
Add the pine
nuts to the salad. You can also choose to roast if you wish.
Add the
Parmesan slices.
Mix the
salad with the help of tongs.
Take the
olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sumac, coriander, salt and pepper in a bowl and
mix. Combine with salad.
You can
decorate the salad you bought in your serving bowl with extra parmesan.
