Ingredients for Chicken Butterfly Recipe

One kg. chicken butterfly (back of chicken. You can use drumsticks instead)

For marination:

2 tablespoon yogurt

2 cloves of garlic

One dessert spoon tomato paste

One dessert spoon of ground red pepper

One tea spoon of black pepper

One tea spoon of oregano

2 tablespoon of oil

One tea spoon of salt

 

How to Make Chicken Butterfly Recipe?

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken to it and mix well.

Cover it and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

Arrange the chickens on the baking tray.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Your chickens are ready. You can serve as you wish.
