Chicken Saltimbocca

250 g spinach

50 g dried tomatoes

5-6 leaves of basil

150 g Fresh Cheese

50 ml olive oil

50 g Cheese

2 cloves of garlic

4 boneless chicken cutlets

4 slices of Ham

100 g cherry tomatoes

200 g potatoes

Salt & pepper

How is it done?

1 Put each chicken meat on the counter one by one. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

2 In a large bowl; Prepare a mortar by blending spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, Pınar Beyaz, olive oil, chopped string cheese, garlic, salt and pepper well.

3 Put an average tablespoon of this mortar into the chickens and wrap well. Press lightly so that it does not open, then wrap the beef in ham. (as in video)

4 Grease a baking tray well with olive oil. Arrange the wrapped chicken on the tray.

5 Arrange the cherry tomatoes and potatoes around it and season with salt and pepper again.

6 Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 35 minutes and serve hot.
