Ingredients
for Meat Fajita Recipe
17.5 oz. Beef
Tenderloin/ Fillet Steak
2 Red onions
One green
pepper
One Red
pepper
One yellow
pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black
pepper
2 teaspoons garlic
powder
2 teaspoons onion
powder
One tea spoon
cayenne pepper
One tea
spoon ground sweet pepper
One tablespoon
olive oil
3 tablespoons
butter
For Service:
4 pieces tortilla
bread
Meat Fajita
Recipe Tip
Chop all
ingredients in equal size julienne.
Cut the
meat, peppers and onions in julienne to be the same size.
Lightly
grease a deep pan with olive oil. Sauté the onions until they slightly change
color.
Add the
peppers and continue sautéing for 3-4 minutes.
Add the
meats and continue sautéing for 6-7 minutes.
Place a
casserole or heatproof porcelain bowl on the stove over low heat. Add the
butter and wait for it to melt.
Add the
meat, peppers, onions and any spices you want to the melted butter.
Cover the
lavash on it and wait for it to warm up well. Carefully remove from the stove
and serve. Enjoy your meal!
