Grilled Chicken Cauliflower Puree Recipe
2-3 pieces
of chicken cutlet
45 ml soy
sauce
30 ml Milk
Stems of 1
cauliflower
30 g Butter
Salt & pepper
How is it
done?
1 Boil your
cauliflower until soft.
2 To
marinate the chicken meat, put it in a large bowl. Mix it with soy sauce and
milk and let it sit for a while.
3 For the
Cauliflower Puree, put the boiled cauliflower pieces in a blender. Add salt, pepper
and butter to it and pass it through the blender.
4 Cook the
marinated chicken pieces on both sides in a preheated cast iron pan.
5 Serve hot
with cauliflower puree.
