Ingredients

the deep freezer. Take care to use a very sharp knife while shaping the doner

the meat doner, which you chop finely with a sharp knife, by turning it upside
down on the grill or in a non-stick pan with a fireproof base. You can add lard
cut into small pieces to the frying pan to give the doner a bit of flavour or

Combine all
ingredients except meat and onions and mix well.
Add the meat
and chopped onions to the mixture. Cover it and leave it in the refrigerator
for at least six hours, if possible a day, to absorb the sauce.
Separate the
meat from the rested meat with sauce. Arrange your meat on the cling film.
Form the
salami by wrapping it tightly. Keep in the freezer for 1 night (at least 6 hours
to freeze enough to cut thin slices).
Take it out
of the freezer. Cut thinly with a sharp knife before it thaws.
Melt the
butter in the pan and add the meat on it. Cook until it releases water.
