Ingredients
for Kadinbudu Meatballs Recipe
17.5 oz. medium
fat ground beef
One egg
One onion
2 cloves garlic
½ glass boiled
rice
1.5 teaspoon
salt
1.5 tea spoon
of black pepper
1.5 tea
spoon of cumin
½ glass of
flour
To fry the
meatballs:
One glass of
sunflower oil
One glass of
breadcrumbs
2 eggs (whipped)

You can use
the leftover rice pilaf in meatballs.
How to Make
Kadinbudu Meatballs Recipe?
Boil ½ cup
of rice with salt and water until slightly soft. Be careful not to get it too
soft. Fry the onions in a pan with olive oil until soft. Add the garlic and
continue frying.
Add half of
the minced meat onto the onions and garlic and fry until the water is released
and it is absorbed. Remove the cooked mince from the stove and let it cool.
In a large
bowl, combine raw ground beef, flour, boiled rice, minced meat with onions,
eggs and all spices and knead. After kneading, stretch it over and leave it in
the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Break off
pieces larger than an egg and shape them by rolling them.
Dip the
shaped patties first in the flour and breadcrumb mixture, then in the egg.
Fry the
meatballs in hot oil. You can serve it with puree and sautéed vegetables while
serving, bon appetit!
