10 oz. dates
3.5 oz. almonds
3.5 oz.
pistachios
7 oz. goji
berry
One dessert
spoon of carob molasses
One tablespoon
of carob powder
2 tablespoons
of dark cocoa
2 tablespoon
of water (if desired)

You can keep
the dried dates in warm water for a longer time, after straining them, you can
use them in making brownies. You can soak the pistachio and almond shells in
warm water beforehand for easy peeling.
How to Make
Vegan Brownie Recipe
Soak the
dried dates and goji berry fruits in warm water for about half an hour after
removing the seeds.
After you
have drained the dates, cut them into small pieces and put them in the rondo.
Grind the
unshelled kernels together with the date pieces in the rondo until they turn
into powder. Add water to adjust the consistency according to the density of
the date puree.
Add the
drained goji berry, dark cocoa, carob powder and molasses and continue mixing
in the rondo.
Peel the
unshelled Pistachios separately or crush them in a mortar. Add it to the
dessert mixture and mix it with the help of a spoon.
After
covering the bottom of a large tray with cling film, spread the brownie in the tray.
After smoothing and covering with cling film, put the dessert in the
refrigerator to thicken.
Share the
brownie, which you have kept in the refrigerator for a long time, with your
loved ones after slicing it with a sharp knife. You can serve with vegan ice cream.
