Sole with Menuer Sauce
Ingrediants
½ bunch of parsley
4 sprigs of mint
juice of ½ lemon
100 g butter
2 fillets of sole fish
Salt
Black pepper
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
It is cooked front and back in a hot pan without oil. In the
meantime, if the oil is insufficient for frying, some of the butter can be put
in the pan.
Mint and parsley are washed and dried. It is finely chopped.
The fish is taken from the pan. Butter is taken into the pan
where the fish is cooked.
Add salt and pepper to the butter.
Add parsley and mint. Then lemon juice is added and the
bottom of the stove is turned off.
The sauce is poured over the fish and served. Enjoy your
meal.
