Fresh fish

Salmon, sea bass or shrimp
pickled ginger
Take the fish you will use in making sushi on the kitchen
counter.
Cut the fish by holding the knife diagonally. Wet your hands
slightly.
Take some of the sushi rice and shape it by squeezing it
with your hands.
Take a piece of the sliced fish in your hand. Place the
rice on the fish.
Shape the fish by pressing lightly from the edges. Do the
same for all fish. Enjoy your meal.
